Yeast Psychologist

Bryce Dailey¬†graduated from the University of Missouri in 2015 with a BS in Food Science and Nutrition. He and his wife moved to Greenville from Missouri where he was a brewer for three years at Logboat Brewing Company in Columbia, Missouri. There, he produced wort, packaged finished products, and conducted yeast management. When Bryce is not consoling the yeast and making delicious beer he enjoys cooking… more specifically asian dishes because “they smell up the house real nice.” If you don’t find him in the kitchen eating (that’s his favorite) or cooking, you’ll probably find him enjoying the outdoors either biking with his wife, hiking, or camping. Bryce is a Certified Cicerone Beer Server.
